Meditation Inspiration - Self Cleansing

I've been working with some self-clearing methods to rid the body and mind of negative energies and then to only attract and absorb the positive forces around me. I was hunting on YouTube for some visuals to assist these meditations and found this adorable Water Babies cartoon. More to come as I continue searching!

New Year's Eve 2012

In honor of the impending New Year, my husband and I completely cleaned out and rearranged our living space. Furniture has been moved and old energy patterns scattered. Sage and candles burn, crystals hang in windows to bloom rainbows in corners. Out with the past, in with the future! Cheers to 2013.
